I have tried several times to access this site, and am getting a message
"authorization denied" or "bad password"

This is Greek to me.
Can you assist me with gaining access?

REASON 1: User Id's and Passwords HAVE to put in exactly like they were sent to you (LOWER CASE LETTERS)
SOLUTION: Check your User id (sometimes the first part of your email address) and your Password

REASON 2: Your subscription has expired!!
SOLUTION: Click here to Renew your subscription at the reduced rate!!

REASON 3: I don't know - It just dosen't work and it should
SOLUTION: Click here for Priority E-mail Service that will get you back on line

REASON 4: I hate e-mails and drive-in window boxes - give me a person
SOLUTION: Call us at: 321-377-6198

REASON 1: Computers just don't get it - Your credit card is probably good but the system can't see it
SOLUTION: Click here choose the CHECK option - we'll still get you on TODAY, send a check whenever
